SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • How long does shipping take?

    All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. Once processed, delivery typically takes 4–14 business days, depending on product availability, destination, and carrier conditions. You will automatically receive a tracking number via email once your package is on its way.

  • Is shipping free? Yes! We are happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

  • How do I track my order? Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use that link to follow your package's journey straight to your doorstep.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • What is your return policy? Your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your package.

    • Your first return is 100% Free — we will gladly provide a prepaid return shipping label.

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

    • For second and subsequent returns from the same order, return shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund.

  • How long does a refund take?

    Once your returned item has been received and inspected by our returns team or fulfillment partner, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal or credit card).
