At Kalana.store, we are dedicated to helping you find seasonal styles you'll love. We want you to feel confident with every purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your package is delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
- A valid proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
Please take extra care when trying on delicate fabrics, knitwear, and specialty garments, as damaged items cannot be accepted for return.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer care team at hallo@kalana.store and provide your order number.
- Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
Important: Please do not return items without first contacting our support team. Returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays or may not be eligible for processing.
Return Shipping
Your first return is free. If your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your first return associated with an order.
For any second or subsequent returns from the same order, return shipping costs may be deducted from the final refund amount.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hallo@kalana.store within a reasonable timeframe after delivery and include photos of the issue.
We will review the situation and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, replacement, or refund where applicable.
Exchanges
Due to changing inventory availability, we do not guarantee direct exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles.
The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order through our store.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected by our returns team or fulfillment partner, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
